Streamline your workforce and visitor management processes to reduce risk, maximise control and increase peace of mind.

The Sitepass Visitor Management Kiosk helps you control and monitor access of everyone who is visiting your worksites.

The Sitepass Kiosk enables you to improve the experience of contractors, employees and visitors at your worksite. It also allows you to:
- Setup a digital Kiosk to replace a sign in book for each of your work sites.
- Monitor access by contractors, staff and visitors to unmanned sites.
- Save time and resources by automating the check-in and check-out process
- Control access by ensuring contractors, staff and volunteers have completed their onboarding and inductions
- Comply with Work Health and Safety legislation
- Customise the display with your business logo; this appears on the app during check-in and check-out
- Select hosts and send them notifications
- Gain visibility over who is at your worksite at any time
- Capture the details of individuals that check in (such as their full name, photo, mobile number, and employer)

Communicate quickly and effectively with every individual working at a worksite in the case of emergency. When an individual signs in to your worksite, the Sitepass Kiosk uses their mobile number, email address, or Sitepass ID (via a QR code) to find their Sitepass account. Once found, the app verifies the workflow status. A successfully verified individual can commence work immediately and check into site, while an unsuccessful verification prompts to the individual to complete their workflow requirements in Sitepass before they can work on-site; this might include creating a Sitepass account.

For a visitor, when they use the Sitepass Visitor Management Kiosk app check-in at a worksite, the app captures their basic details such as their profile photo, full name, mobile number, email address, and the person they intend to meet on-site.
